Returns and Refunds

Return Policy 

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in original, unused and undamaged condition. 

For hygienic reasons hats, beanies and socks cannot be returned. All sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.

If the product is damaged in any way or 30 days have passed since purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

How do I return an order? 

If your product is eligible, you can return it for a refund 30 days after purchase. We do not cover return shipping costs.

The postal address for returns is listed on the package's shipping label. Return address information can also be provided by emailing realitycheckapparelau@gmail.com.

Can I exchange an item? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer online exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. We can offer exchanges at our in-person events (mainly located in Brisbane), please email us for more information.
